John Lissandrello grew up the son of a real estate broker on Long Island, NY. He purchased his first investment property in New Hampshire in 1993 for $2,500. From there he continued to invest in single family homes throughout Florida, California, and now Indiana.
He specializes in creative finance with an emphasize on seller financing, lease options, and wholesaling.
When he's not buying and selling houses, he enjoys his time with his wife of 15 years, their 6 grandkids, two Shih Tzu dogs, and his 1963 Ford Falcon Squire Wagon.
